2016.11.28 大阪 {Day 3b}大阪瘋食 - 人氣意大利餐廳
蝸牛先生好鍾意去日本食西餐
因為相對地比香港抵食
用香港 lunch 嘅價錢, 喺日本就已經可以食到 dinner
而且服務, 環境全部都一流
不過今鋪真係俾蝸牛先生"扇" 咗一鑊
事前完全唔知呢度咁鬼高級
兩個著到爛撻撻咁走入去, 真係超級樣衰
食咗乜其實已經無哂印象啦
但記得整體味道都幾好
Quintocanto ristorante (Tabelog 4.35分)
Wager with fole-gras and lemon jam
威化餅鋪住鵝肝醬, 食落都幾得意
Pheasant and beetroots
另一杯係紅菜頭汁, 都幾醒胃
Red shrimp and pink grapefruit with corlander flavor
蝦都幾爽甜
Frog leg plccata with green salad
初頭見到 menu 係田雞腿覺得有啲驚
不過佢拆肉加上係炸的, 所以食落完全唔覺得佢係田雞
而且味道仲幾好, 不過食完感覺有啲漏
White kidney been soup and trippa Montalcino style
呢碗湯都漏漏哋
Variation of jerusalem artichoke with scallop and white chocolate
呢味直頭無哂印象
Roasted wild boar with chestnut confit
剩係記得栗子幾甜
Lemon sherbet

好攪笑! 食到呢度, 侍應會有幾隻碟仔俾你揀
原來係用來放麵包的
Red wine risotto
呢個我記得味道幾好的
"Tottori beef"
其實已經食到好飽, 見到menu 有牛好驚
好彩只係得一細舊
個人唔太鍾意食牛有咁多汁, 感覺食唔出佢嘅原味
Tomato sauce pasta
呢碟咁普通嘅意粉竟然係我覺得全晚最好味嘅
佢個汁真係好好味
